Navigating Darkness

We are all capable of extreme darkness. We are made of both darkness and light.
All it takes is the right set of circumstances, energetics and emotional landscape to create an opportunity to experience any possible spectrum of the darkness we contain. Because we contain all of it.
I found myself having a complete ‘Tower’ moment the weekend before this last equinox. Multiple aspects of my life collapsing or coming to a head at the same time.
Visceral stress in my being felt emotionally and physically. I cried, I felt like crap and then a set of unique circumstances aligned me into an old version of self to explode.
This was interesting to me as I was just 5 days from completion of my 33 Day 15 Minute Heart Entrainment Challenge, and had been experiencing notable positive effects from this practice. An upgraded frequency boost – more bookings, synchronicity, alignments and feeling an expansive, super loving state of being in oneness with everything and everyone.
And then the darkness came, like a tornado and ripped through me, leaving me completely
incapacitated, vulnerable and exposed. I know from my personal journey and the depth of feeling that when something like this happens, it’s an initiatic episode. An orchestration of factors required to get us to the true depths of what is buried within.
Sometimes we have a body buried in the basement and we don’t even realise it. However when we are inhabiting a state of being of more light, this level of dark cannot coexist. It must come up and out, to be seen, heard, held and brought back into balance – in whatever way is required.
Our live reality feed is where these contracts show up to initiate us through conscious awakening, into sacred realities.
Sometimes your greatest darkness precedes your most embodied light. Often this equates to a timeline jump, or internal recalibration to a more expanded frequency shift – a new baseline that propels us forward.
We get so caught up in the drama of what has happened in our reality that we often miss the crux of what the opportunity is. In such an initiatic rite of passage, the real test is how we choose to be with ourselves through it all. How we handle what has occurred as the energies are moving through us, and in the aftermath, into the landscape of our personal reality.
This can trigger new levels of an even deeper love we
are now capable of within – through this. Of profound acceptance of the full spectrum of this human experience. Knowing that all is purposeful, and a gift, even if we struggle from a human perspective to see it.

Rings of Power
Most of all it is a reminder of the divine perfection of it all – despite our mind wanting to judge it as good/bad, right/wrong. Are we able to expand our perspective into this essence of trust and faith of our being on all levels, in the most challenging of circumstances?
It’s not an easy practice, holding a higher perspective, a state of compassion and complete acceptance through our most difficult times. Having patience for the human self who wants to go into blame, shame, guilt or whichever other unhelpful contracted frequency and emotional states we have been conditioned into as a collective. Can we give ourselves grace for a moment when we are divinely instigated to experience something our human judges as an experience that is not who we are? This, in fact, is mastery.
I remember watching a series with Matius de Stefano on Gaia where he stated that the dark is in fact working for the light. They work together for our greatest evolution – and sometimes if one way isn’t working, then another route will be taken in the path of least resistance for where we are at in any given moment. Everything is purposeful. Everything is always working for us. Ever in alignment with our true self. We simply cannot go through anything that isn’t in alignment with our true self, or higher self – whichever you want to call it. As a part of our innate divine structure, we are never without this aspect of us. We cannot ‘get it wrong’ so to speak, for all is in alignment with the bigger plan at play. And perhaps, if you recall back to a moment of yours like what I am describing, you may see that it was the only way to have the most effective, desired result given where we were at.
We must remind ourselves, that our human, personality construct generally has merely one linear perspective of things in any given moment. It will immediately want to understand or define something in a narrow way. But there are multidimensional layers to everything we exist in and are going through. There are aspects far beyond this limited interpretation, that are aligned and/or constructed at the level of our infinite nature. Across multiple incarnations, parallel realities and dimensions at the same time.
Whatever the circumstances, whatever challenges or issues have played out – it is an opportunity for more love, not less. To move into neutrality, and hold a vibrational state to alchemise and transmute what is needing attention – not only for ourselves but in an act of service for all humanity. As each of us moves through the spectrum of the human experience we are contributing to rebalancing the collective field – whether we are conscious of it or not. This is part of what we each agreed to take on as a natural element of our soul journey on this planet.
It’s why we came to be of service to the planet actually, to transmute, transform and transfigure these dominant contracted frequencies and dark energies, through us into a more balanced energetic – expanding the field of this planet, and all who inhabit it, into the wider cosmos beyond. This is a highly intricate and intelligent, collective process we are all undertaking at this time as the old world collapses and the new is being ushered in.
Often, real growth comes from some of the most difficult things you’ll ever experience. It’s not pretty, pleasant or comfortable. However it may be necessary for your souls journey at the time, and your personal evolution. Are you going to argue that you know better than your true self in any given moment? I think not. Sometimes we need to let our guard down to go the depths required to shortcut the healing of a trauma, old energy loops or whatever can’t be contained within the body vehicle any longer. All the pieces fit together in our own divine way …in the divine perfection of it all, that we tend to fight against because we have been trained into the opposite view based in materiality our entire lives.
Don’t be afraid of your dark. Celebrate your human imperfection. Embrace opportunities to be the love that you need, and have always needed. Use the deep knowing of the Source frequency that you are to give yourself exactly what is required in these moments. The soul’s journey is one of transmuting darkness into light at this time. And the wisdom gleaned is more than we can humanly fathom in the intimate space of such a process. The grand design of being ‘perfectly imperfect’ is not to be debated but to be trusted and allowed, more than ever before.
Can you view absolutely all experiences with great reverence?
Can you trust in your divine plan in the most difficult of moments?
Are you able to go to the depths required within, without judgment?
Will you hold, love and support yourself through anything, no matter what?
