In this session our focus was JUDGEMENT.

Judgement is a critical frequency to move out of inhabiting right now in intense planetary conditions, because it impedes our personal frequency and life force energy. It is in the way of our full connection to the source within us. Judgement affects our own energy field the most, and also impacts the collective.

We went through a practical exercise to unravel judgement within us and bring it into a higher perspective.
