I use this technique every single night before I go to sleep. It’s simple and takes seconds. Use your own language, but the key is to use intention and action a command of your own energetic field. The words I use are something along the lines of “I call on the energy of this day, from my body mind and spirit, and I send it back to Source Creator God (or Universe or whatever) with love, gratitude and consciousness now.”
